• Size / Weight: Average 100–130 g per piece

• Cut: Upper part of the leg, cleanly separated from the drumstick and backbone

• Skin: White skin only; outer yellow layer fully removed (skinless option available upon request)

• Moisture Content: Less than 3%

• Defects:

  • Bruising < 1%

  • Broken bones < 2%

  • Free from burns, chemical burns, and hair

• Temperature Control:

  • Chilled at 1–5°C for up to 8 hours prior to freezing

  • Stored and transported at -18°C or below thereafter

• Shelf Life: Minimum 24 months from production date

• Labeling: In compliance with international standards; fully accepted by China Customs for frozen poultry
